Statement from the Department of Revenue Services: Taxpayers can check on the status of their refund using the Connecticut Department of Revenue Services’ Taxpayer Service Center (TSC) by visiting www.ct.gov/myrefund or by calling 800-382-9463 (Connecticut calls outside the Greater Hartford calling area only) or 860-297-5962 (from anywhere). Taxpayers must provide their SSN (and their spouse’s if filing jointly) and the exact amount of the refund requested.
