Extensions

If you wish to extend your tax returns, we must receive written approval, a signed Extension Acknowledgement Agreement & payment from you to extend your tax returns. We cannot legally file an extension without permission. If we do not hear from you, an extension will not be filed. You may schedule an extension on our website Schedule an extension

Failure to file is a huge penalty (5% per month based on tax due). An extension to file is NOT an extension to pay. Taxes are due March 16, 2026, for S-Corps & Partnerships. Taxes are due April 15, 2026, for individuals, single member LLC’s, Sole Proprietors & C-Corps. Failure to pay is a smaller penalty (0.5% per month based on tax due). If you file an extension for your S-Corp or Partnership your taxes will be due Tuesday, September 15, 2026.
